    PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF CARBONFIBER AND SCBA

    COMPOSITE IN CONCRETE
    Abstract :Through some research it has been found that carbon fibre is stronger
    than steel in terms of strength to weight ratio. And it is an acceptable fact that
    the carbon fibre is used in construction industry due to its strong durable and
    lightweight characteristics . Here a study has made with Carbon fibre used in
    production of concrete and also Sugarcane bagasse ash (left-over industrial by
    product )is partially replaced with cement content to enhance solid waste
    management and to have characteristic property study of bagasse ash. To
    increase the concrete compression strength , tensile strength and durability of
    the concrete with economical and eco friendly material . Concrete have high
    compressive than the tensile. Carbon fibre plays a important roll in increasing
    the tensile strength of the concrete . To arrest the crack formed in concrete the
    length of carbon fibre is decreases prone after mixing. With Percent increase to
    weight SCBA is replaced to cement . And SCBA is replaced to cement and
    SCBA Weight ration from 0.2 % to 0.6%
