- Điểm mạnh: học hỏi nhanh, chịu tìm hiểu sâu vấn đề, sức trẻ, đọc hiểu tiếng
anh tốt, chịu đựng được áp lực

- Điểm yếu: giao tiếp tiếng anh còn kém, khá là im lặng , quản lý thời gian chưa
được tốt

Mục tiêu ngắn hạn, dài hạn

Ngắn hạn: kiếm được một công việc tốt, trau dồi kiến thức chuyên môn, kỹ
năng giao tiếp, đạt được nhiều thành tích trong lĩnh vực mà bản thân mình
theo đuổi.
Dài hạn: có một sự nghiệp ổn định và thành công trong lĩnh vực của mình. Trở
thành một chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực của mình, có đóng góp to lớn cho công ty
và xã hội. Đồng thời cân bằng được giữa công việc và cuộc sống cá nhân.

Nguyện vọng làm việc

- tôi biết rằng FPT Software là một trong những công ty hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực
phần mềm và công nghệ tại Việt Nam, và tôi muốn có cơ hội làm việc và học
hỏi trong một môi trường với những người giỏi và chuyên nghiệp

- Mặc dù tôi hiện chưa có nhiều kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực DevOps, nhưng tôi
đã tự học và tìm hiểu về nó và tôi đang rất quyết tâm phát triển kỹ năng trong
lĩnh vực này. Điều làm cho tôi thúc đẩy đối với vị trí DevOps tại FPT Software là
cơ hội để làm việc trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp và học hỏi từ những
chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực này. Tôi tin rằng FPT Software sẽ cung cấp cho tôi các
cơ hội để tham gia vào các dự án thú vị và học hỏi qua thực tế. Tôi mong muốn
đóng góp vào sự phát triển của tổ chức và nỗ lực của tôi để học hỏi và phát
triển có thể đem lại giá trị cho FPT Software.

My name is Nguyen Chanh Kiet, I’m 22 years old, currently, I have

completed my studies at the school of natural sciences, majoring in
Information Systems and I am expected to graduate in November this year.

Although I am a recent graduate and have limited work experience, I

have had the opportunity to learn and apply my knowledge in the field of
Information Technology. I have worked with Front-end technologies such as
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I have experience using ReactJS. I have also
explored Back-end technologies such as NodeJS, ExpressJS, and NestJS, and
have worked with various database management systems, including Microsoft
SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis. I am proficient in source code management
using Git and Github, and I am currently studying Docker, Jenkins, and
Kubernetes.

I take pride in my ability to learn quickly, a willingness to delve deep into

complex technical issues, and a strong spirit of innovation. I have good English
reading and comprehension skills, which enable me to access and understand
international knowledge. I also value the ability to work effectively under
pressure. However, I acknowledge that I need to improve my English
communication skills, and I tend to be relatively quiet, which is an area I am
actively working on. I am also striving to enhance my time management skills.

My short-term goal is to secure a good job, enhance my technical and

communication skills, and achieve excellence in the field of Information
Technology. My long-term goal is to have a stable and successful career in the
field of DevOps. I aspire to become an expert in this field and make a significant
contribution to the company and society. Additionally, I highly value the work-
life balance.

I understand that FPT Software is one of the leading companies in the

software and technology field in Vietnam, and I am very keen to have the
opportunity to work and learn here. Although I currently have limited
experience in DevOps, I have been actively self-learning and exploring the field,
and I am highly committed to developing my skills. I believe that FPT Software
offers an excellent opportunity to work in a professional environment and learn
from experts in the field. I look forward to contributing to the development of
the organization and leveraging my learning and development to bring value to
FPT Software.
