This is not Monas, this is not Dufan or Ancol, and this is not TMII. I will tell you how I fell
in love with this place, yes, it's called Blok M. The Blok M area is located in South Jakarta,
precisely in Kebayoran Baru. The Blok M area itself consists of many types of tourism and
culinary delights for young people and adults. such as M Bloc, literacy park, MRT, and
various other unique places. But Blok M like a culinary district, because there are lots of
people selling various culinary delights. For example, near the literacy park there are shops
for gelato, gultik, Japanese food, and so on. When I first fell in love with Blok M, my friend
asked me to have lunch at a Japanese restaurant called "Futago". To get there, my friend and I
used busway transportation from the UI Salemba building, with the bus going to Monas, then
transiting and changing buses to Blok M.
There I ordered a very delicious typical Japanese meal, containing sliced meat, eggs,
vegetables and rice. The price and taste are still pocket friendly for students. After finishing
there, my friend and I decided to enter the literacy park to see the MRT passing by with a
view of South Jakarta and people chatting, having fun, or reading books there. After leaving
there, I walked along the sidewalk around Blok M to travel back home. The sidewalks there
tend to be wide and clean, making people happy to walk. That is all about blok M, thank you
for watching!
