SOLUTION:
The Design Team came with the next possible thing that can be
changed to resolve the problem, and had and alternate Column

SOLUTION:
After lot of permutations for the solution, no other method was as fast and money efficient
as the current one, and hence no Action was taken on this problem and kept unchanged
with the Damage on the work.
PROJECT PROBLEMS
PROBLEM: • The construction requirements were discussed and finalized between the contractor and the design team,
and as per them the sonstruction was supposed to be on a faster track.
• Flat Slabs were decided to be the best option to complete the construction on time.
• But later while on the INTERIOR PHASE the contractor came to the realization that for some apartments the Drainage slop required is not
present and hence would cause a problem for lot many other reasons too.
The problem arrived was due to POORLY DEFINED GOALS as the first phase did not
discuss about the interior bathroom need but discussed about the time constraints and
the solutions for that.
SOLUTION:
The solution for the problem was fulfilled by an equipment.
PUMP-11 was used for the pumping for water drainage
through the floor and was installed throughout in all
apartments.
PUMP JC 11-
