Dear Sir,

We, BS client of Grameenphone Ltd., request you to set 30-sec clip as Welcome Tune on our
corporate connections (as per enclosed Numbers) this tune is our company theme/advertisement
song/promotional info.

S & P Enterprise shall obtain the copyright of the content provided for service and shall also
fully indemnify Grameenphone against all damages (including consequential damages), costs,
charges and expenses arising from or incurred by reason of any infringement or alleged
infringement of copyright according to the Copyright Act 2000 or other IPRs in consequence of
the authorized use or possession of the Content supplied by Prime Stone.

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein the parties hereto
agree as follows:

1. This tune will play 24 Hours on individual corporate connections

2. Individual employees cannot delete/add Welcome Tune during mentioned time.
3. In order to change this tune or set more tunes, Prime Stone will send request through GP
KAM.
4. Monthly fee of Welcome Tune is TK 30 (+VAT, SD & SC) & song charge is free
5. This tune cannot be copied by other subscriber of Grameenphone through Welcome Tune
Copy feature.

We, therefore, request you to set this tune to the mentioned connections.
