and post-pandemic to the second-grade students of MTSN 2 Kotamobagu. A
qualitative descriptive methodologywas employed in discovering the results,
where it was conducted at MTSN 2 Kotamobagu, and the participants were the
English Teacher at the said school. Data collection was employed by using
observation and interviews. The results showed that English teaching and learning
activities undergo several modifications during the pandemic period. Changes
have been made to the learning system, which has shifted from face-to-face to
online learning. Consequently, learning administration must also be totally shifted
online, such as YouTube-based learning materials and Google forms. In place of a
book report, the final report (report card) is now an online report card. Teachers
utilize the WhatsApp program for teaching and learning activities in the pandemic
era.
