Target population: this course is designed for people who are willing to
improve their business communication skills.
Objective: the language features and the domain or the content matter are to be adapted
according to the target population’s needs. Therefore, this whole training is meant to assist
learners with specific needs to improve their communication skills as long as their domain
is concerned. Accordingly, the selection of appropriate materials and relevant activities that
fit the content are accomplished and, of course, authenticity is an important pillar since the
whole experience is meant to put the learners in a real-life situation.
