Greetings with good health!

Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 43, s 2016 entitled Implementation Rules and Regulations (IRR) of
Republic Act (RA) No. 10588 of the Palarong Pambansa Act of 2013. The Palarong Pambansa
Secretariat , shall provide support services to the Palarong Pambansa Board and shall perform other
sports related activities leading to the Palarong Pambansa as provided in Section 10, Rule 11 of the
therein enclosed IRR of the Palarong Pambansa Act of 2013.

In preparation for the forthcoming Sports Activity of DepEd, We are requesting permission from your
good office to conduct a Technical Meeting on Preparation of School Sports Activities of all School
Sports Coordinators of Coron Coastal District on November 13, 2023 at 8 o’clock in the morning, at
Claudio Sandoval South Elementary School ICT Room.

AGENDA:

1. Plan for the successful conduct of Coron Coastal Schools Sports Activities.

2. Other issues and concerns.
