THIS IS A THREE DAY EVENT TAKING PLACE ON FRIDAY,

SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY JULY 21-23, 2023.

WHEN ARRIVING TO YOUR SHIFT, PLEASE CHECK YOUR

START TIMES AND CONSIDER THE EVENT TRAFFIC TO MAKE IT
ON TIME AT CHECK IN. WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE 15
MIN EARLY TO PREVENT LATE SIGN IN.

PLEASE SHOW UP IN OUR STANDARD UNIFORM POLICY (SEE

PAGE 3). YOU WILL BE ISSUED A UNIFORM POLO ONCE YOU
ARE CLOCKED IN FOR YOUR SHIFT! DO NOT FORGET YOUR ID
CARD AND YOUR D LICENSE( FOR THE STAFF CHECKING IN AS
SECURITY GUARDS) AT CHECK IN. **MAKE SURE YOU SIGN
THE TIMESHEET**

 UNIFORM
We keep it simple
We have a strict uniform policy. In order to avoid being sent home,
Please wear all black. A shift shirt will be provided for you at check-
in.

Personal
Long hair must be kept in a ponytail or braided
Hats
Plain black baseball cap, plain black beanie, or plain straw
hat no visible logos, or graphics
Pants or Shorts
Dockers style pants or plain slacks
Pants must be black color
Fabric must be similar to Dickeys or Docker brands
Must be professional fit, no baggy pants, no skintight
pants, no leggings, no stretch materials, no linen, no extra-
long pants or sagging pants allowed
Must be neatly pressed and ironed shorts must be black in
color, fabric must be similar to dickies or dockers brand,
no basket ball shorts.
Solid all black belt required, no big belt buckles, studs, etc.
Shirts
Plain black short sleeved or long sleeve t-shirt
No graphics, colors or pockets permitted
No turtleneck shirts
Shirt must be fitted. no baggy, extra long, or tank-top style
shirts allowed.
Can be scoop neck or v neck
Undershirt must remain tucked in at all times
IPS polo shirt must be tucked in at all times
Shoe
Solid, ALL BLACK shoe required.
Must be closed ankle and closed toe
No high-heels, sandals, slippers, steel toed shoes allowed
Shoes can be athletic or dress style as long as they are
comfortable to walk, run and stand for long periods of
time.
Slip resistant soles recommended
Plain black socks required.

Snake Creek Parking
Dates Of Use: 7/10 - 7/28
This will be the Enter/Exit point throughout the
Build/Show/Strike.
All Staff will be required to show credentials for their
car and wristband to enter this parking lot 7/21-7/23.
Please follow all directions given by parking staff.

ENTER:
203rd ST at 27th AVE
Proceed EAST on 203rd ST to SNAKE CREEK Entrance.

EXIT:
Proceed WEST on 203rd ST
Exit at 203rd ST at 27th AVE

 hOW TO GET TO CHECK IN:

1. Staff entrance is on NW 203RD ST.

2. The green pathway (highlighted yellow) should be
visible once you're thru the staff entrance, it'll
bring you to our check in on the other side.
3. We will try to have a golf cart to transport our staff to
our check in but do not depend on it.
4. Please plan on this walking distance, because it can
be the reason for you to clock in late.
5. Please do not hesitate to call if you are going to be
late or cannot make it to your shift.
