Budget Proposal for Accommodation – SK Fedration Elections Preparation

upcoming Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation Elections, we have prepared a budget
proposal for accommodation during the preparation phase. The budget request is set at PHP
8,000.00, which is intended to cover the necessary expenses associated with securing suitable
accommodation for our team.

Budget Breakdown

1. Accommodation Expense: PHP 6,800.00

This includes the cost of securing lodging for a night before the elections.

2. Contingency Fund: PHP 1,200.00

To account for the food and transportation of the 8 candidates going to the Arcadia Hotel
where the elections will take place.

Total Budget Requested: PHP 8,000.00 (Receipts will be attached).

Justification

1. Location Selection: The chosen accommodation, World Palace, is strategically located to for
easier access to the election preparation venues, minimizing travel time and maximizing
productivity.

2. Team Comfort and Focus: By providing suitable accommodation, we aim to create an

environment conducive to teamwork, focus, and effective planning, ultimately contributing to
the success of the SK Federation Elections.

Approval Request

We kindly request your approval for the proposed budget of PHP 8,000.00 to cover
accommodation expenses for the SK Elections preparation. We believe that this investment is
