PAYMENT INFORMATION:
1. I-SWAM Exhibition price:
o Pink booth : IDR 55,000,000 + VAT 11%
o Green booth : IDR 47,500,000 + VAT 11%
o Blue booth : IDR 45,000,000 + VAT 11%

Terms and Conditions:
1. For Exhibitors who were present at the launching event, fill out the Event Participation
Form (EPF) and submit it to the Committee on the same day when the launching took
place. For those who do not submit, it will be annulled which will be announced 2 weeks
after.
2. For Exhibitors who cannot attend the launching event, please fill out the Event
Participation Form (EPF) and submit it to the Committee 1 (one) week after choosing a
booth.
3. Each participant who attends the launching event is a representative of the company who
can make legal decisions on behalf of the company (mandatory to bring a company stamp
and IDR 10,000 stamp duty).
4. An invoice will be sent to the company's address as stated in the EPF for a 25% down
payment that must be paid no later than 1 (one) week after the invoice is issued.
5. If within 1 (one) week, the EPF has not been submitted and the down payment has not
been received within the due date, the committee has the right to transfer the chosen booth
to another Exhibitor.
6. If the EPF cannot be sent within 1 (one) week, it is mandatory to send a guarantee letter
(GL).
a. Invoice changes based on the negotiation results are only allowed a maximum of
D+60 from launching or receipt of invoice (bargain);
b. Bargains are not permitted D-30 before the event.
7. Confirm the payment by sending a transfer receipt to our finance team. (Veves : +62 838-
4970-5489).
8. The exhibitor shall make the settlement of the event organizer fee and registration of
participants (seminar) within 30 (thirty) days prior to the event.
9. The deadline for the guarantee letter (GL) is a maximum of 14 days prior to the event.
10. If the Exhibitor has not made payment until 1 (one) week prior to the event, the committee
reserves the right to cancel and refuse to let the Exhibitor occupy the allotted space and
enjoy the benefits of the Exhibition Package.
11. Unilateral cancellation will be subject to a cancellation penalty of 25% of the agreed price.
12. Cancellation 1 (one) month prior to the event will be subject to cancellation penalty of
25% of the agreed price and will not be allowed to take part in all SWAM upcoming event.
