MIP PLANNING EXCELLENCE AWARDS (MIPPEA) 2022
- RESULT NOTIFICATION [GOLD WINNER]

With reference to the above, we wish to thank you for your participation in the 2022 edition of
the MIP Planning Excellence Awards (MIPPEA).

2. The awards process has now been completed after intense and rigorous judging by
our esteemed panel of judges. We are delighted to have reached a juncture where we are
now able to announce the winning entries for all the categories under MIPPEA 2022.

3. It is our immense pleasure to inform you that the panel of judges have selected your
project submission, PENANG ISLAND MAP (PiMAP) as the GOLD WINNER under the
Innovative Planning Awards : Technology Planning Category. This result is however
embargoed and we request that you DO NOT SHARE the results widely outside your
organisation in any form of media including print and digital media (social media included);
until the result is officially announced by MIP at the awards presentation ceremony.

4. The awards presentation ceremony will be held on 8th November 2022 (Tuesday),
7.30pm at The Majestic Ballroom, Majestic Hotel, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala
Lumpur. As the award recipient for this category, we would highly appreciate if you and your
organisation can support by purchasing a table(s) at this dinner. The selection of table(s) are
as attached for your further consideration. We look forward to receiving your table booking
on or before 28th October 2022.

5. In preparing for the awards presentation, we request that you submit to us the
followings:-

(c) 30 Seconds High Resolution (HD Video) 1080p (1920x1080) 28th October 2022
