 Preparing the estimation as per the tender drawings/ IFC drawings/architectural drawings/CD
approved drawings, Specification & BOQ.
 Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations
 Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers
 Prepare detailed records of the estimate provided a break up, which included the material cost
and the materials required for the project
 Based on Clients budget cons
 Traints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies.
 Preparing the estimation for commercial, residential and warehouse project.
 Interface with Purchasing Department in order to achieve a successful estimate and ultimately
a successful job.
 Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product
 Prepare compliance statement for offered quotation.
 Knowledge in NFPA & UAE fire code.

To prepare cost/estimation for the following fire protection system,

 Sprinkler system.
  Fire Fighting (Standpipe) system.
 Fire Alarm system.
 Emergency and Exit Light system.
 Voice Evacuation system.
 Hydrant system.
 Water spray system.
 Foam system.
 Clean agent system (FM200, Novec, IG100,IG514).
 Pre action system.
