 Introduction

Enter the captivating realm of Mr. John, a charming inhabitant of Bali, a tropical paradise where
turquoise seas meet verdant surroundings. With his wedding ceremony set for the romantic day
of February 13, 2024, Mr. John is arranging a great symphony of love in the center of this
picturesque location. Excitement permeates the air as every little detail is carefully thought out to
create a tapestry of memories that will last a lifetime. There is a tangible sense of excitement for
this important day, creating an ethereal environment as Mr. John sets out to construct an
experience that goes beyond the ordinary. Excitement permeates the air, and every aspect of the
celebration is guided by careful planning to create a tapestry of unforgettable memories.

This project's main goal is to carefully determine how much Mr. John's upcoming wedding will cost
overall. This estimate will include a wide range of important variables, such as the location, lodging,
transportation, and other event services. The project is carefully planned to provide a precise financial
overview that guarantees openness and clarity in the financial planning of this historic event. It does this
by providing a full and comprehensive analysis of the budget linked with each individual component.
1. Accommodation Estimated Cost
For accommodation, we have made a reservation in Pandawa Cliff Estate, Bali, Indonesia. Altogether 40
people are going to attend the wedding ceremony. So Pandawa Cliff Estate is the perfect villa for this
number of people. We are going to stay for seven nights. The estimated cost per night for 40 people is
CAD 8,967.15. The total cost of accommodation for 7 nights is CAD 62,770.05. The vendor offered a
group discount of 10 percent. So, the final cost of 40 people for 7 nights is CAD 56,493.045.
2. Flight Tickets Estimated Cost:
The estimated cost of two-way flight ticket is CAD 1842.48 including tax. For 40 people, the total price is
CAD 73,699.2. There are two vendors in this flight i.e. Porter Airlines and Qatar Airways. There is the
probability of a 10% discount for a group booking.
3. Venue Estimated Cost
The venue for the wedding ceremony is in the same villa, Pandawa Cliff Estate where we are
accommodating. For the wedding venue the estimated cost is CAD 2024.62. Venue cost includes basic
amenities such as entertainment – Balinese dancers, rindik musicians or gamelan players – in the adjacent
clifftop amphitheatre, kitchen and bar.
4. Wedding Cake and Decorations Estimated Cost:
Wedding cake is ordered from Moia Cake. It is a 4-tiered white wedding cake decorated with white and
soft pink fresh roses & some touch of baby's breath. And it is estimated to cost CAD 175.
