PRACTICING GRATITUDE WHEN
LIFE DOESN'T GO TO PLAN

“[A habit] of those who stay strong when life doesn't go to plan is their consistent
practice of gratitude.

“You may wonder, how can someone be grateful when facing difficulties? It's a
question that baffles many, but not these individuals. They understand that gratitude
isn't about disregarding the tough times, but rather about acknowledging the good that
exists alongside the hardships.

“In the midst of chaos, they find solace in the simple pleasures – a warm cup of coffee, a
breathtaking sunset, a heartfelt conversation. They appreciate the love and support
from their friends and family. They are grateful for their health and well-being, even if
