PERFORMANCE TASK 1 – BROCHURE MAKING

I. Objectives:
 Promote awareness on the diseases and disorders of respiratory and circulatory
system.
 Advocate for a healthy lifestyle by providing ways on how to take care of our
respiratory or circulatory system.

II. Materials needed:

 Short bond paper
 Laptop / Computer
 Printer

III. Mechanics:
1. Research one disease / disorder in either the human respiratory system or
circulatory system.
2. Make a trifold brochure about the said disease.
3. Your brochure must consist of the following contents.
a. Name of the Disease
b. Definition of the Disease
c. Signs and symptoms
d. Treatment and Prevention
e. Ways on how to manage the disorder / disease.
4. Do not forget to cite the references where you get the information.
5. You will be graded according to the rubric found below.
6. Print your Brochure and pass it on or before November 15, 2023.
