During the second week of the End of School Year Break Mathematics Program,
I continued teaching mathematics to a group of high school students. The week was
filled with exciting lessons and engaging activities aimed at developing their
mathematical skills and critical thinking abilities.
On the first day of the week, we delved deeper to students and motivated them to
approach learning math as continuation to our topic. We started the week by applying
fundamental concepts from previous years, ensuring that everyone had a solid
foundation to build upon.
To make the lessons more engaging and relatable, I incorporated real-life
applications of mathematics. This will helped the students understand the relevance and
practicality of mathematics in their everyday lives.
At the end of the week, we conducted a review session to asses the students’
progress and identity areas of improvement.
Overall, the second week of the End of School Year Break Mathematics Program
as a math teacher was a rewarding and fulfilling experience. I am confident that the
knowledge and skills they gained during this week will serve as a solid foundation for the
future academic pursuits and beyond.
