A big breakfast?
-Food, have and don`t have

Aims:
-Improve and practice speaking skill
-Enable the students to talk about what and where they eat

Materials:
-Pictures and flashcards

Level:
-Starter
Procedure:
1.Warm-up: asking the class “Do you eat breakfast?”
2.asking them “What is breakfast?”, “Does anybody know?”
3.describing the word “Meal” and then explaining “Breakfast ,Lunch,
Dinner”
4.asking students “which one is your favorite one?” and asking them to
talk about their breakfast with couple of questions such as “Do you eat
breakfast?”, “what do you eat for breakfast?”, “do you drink a cup of
tea?” …
5.talking about my favorite meal “breakfast” and what I or my family
members eat as breakfast
6. writing the new words on the board as the students or I mention
while speaking
7.repeating the words loudly and asking the students to repeat together
or individually
8.asking the students to skim the article and then asking them a few
general questions
9.before reading each part, asking the students “what do you see in the
picture?” and talking about the objects in the picture
9.asking the students to read each part of the article in a minute and fill
in the blanks and after that asking them some detailed questions about
each person
10.at the end playing the audio file and check if they wrote the correct
answers and ask them if they have any problem or there is any word
that they do not understand
