EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2324-010

Subject: AN ACT AMENDING SECTION 3.E OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2324-008

WHEREAS, as approved during the USG 3rd Special Session last October 7 via Google
Meet. The USG President is the Chairperson of the newly created USG Student Crime Prevention
Committee, giving a total of four (4) committees including the Special Committees under the
direct supervision of the USG President.

WHEREAS, as matter of delegating the tasks to the officers, the USG President decided to
transfer the supervision of USG Partnership and Linkages Committee to the USG Vice President.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DHAN JHARYD B. FELIAS, President of the CSU Main University
Student Government, by virtue of powers vested in me by the 2020 CSU Main University Student
Government Constitution and By-Laws, do hereby order:

SECTION 1. Amendment. Section 3.E of Executive Order No. 2324-008, otherwise known
as “ESTABLISHING THE USG SPECIAL COMMITTEES FOR A.Y. 2023-2024 TERM”, is hereby
amended to read as follows:

E. PARTNERSHIP AND LINKAGES

Chairperson: USG Vice President
Members: USG Senators
USG Committee Staffs

SECTION 2. Repealing Clause. All executive orders, policies, rules, regulations, and other
issuances of the Executive Branch or thereof, inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby
repealed or modified accordingly.

SECTION 3. Separability Clause. In the event that any provision of this order or any hereof
is invalid, illegal, unconstitutional, the validity of the other provisions not thereby affected shall
remain in force and effect.

SECTION 4. Effectivity. This order supersedes other orders not consistent with it. It shall
take effect immediately and will terminate until the end of A.Y. 2023-2024 term, unless otherwise
amended or revoked by a competent authority.
