EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2324-006

Subject: CLASSIFICATION OF THE USG UNDERSECRETARIES BASED ON THEIR

FUNCTIONS

WHEREAS, as stated in 2020 USG CBL Article VI, Section 7.E “The appointed
Undersecretary shall perform the following functions: (a) Assist the executive secretary in his/her
duties, (b) Act as a member of a committee assigned, and (c) Perform such other functions that
are deemed necessary.”

WHEREAS, the CBL does not state any number limits with regards to the USG
Undersecretary.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DHAN JHARYD B. FELIAS, President of the CSU Main University
Student Government, by virtue of powers vested in me by the 2020 CSU Main University Student
Government Constitution and By-Laws, do hereby order:

SECTION 1. Classification. It is hereby declared that the Undersecretaries are now

classified based on their functions.
a. Undersecretary (Audit)
b. Undersecretary (Finance)
c. Undersecretary (Minutes)
d. Undersecretary (Records)

SECTION 2. Repealing Clause. All executive orders, policies, rules, regulations, and other
issuances of the Executive Branch or thereof, inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby
repealed or modified accordingly.

SECTION 3. Separability Clause. In the event that any provision of this order or any hereof
is invalid, illegal, unconstitutional, the validity of the other provisions not thereby affected shall
remain in force and effect.

SECTION 4. Effectivity. This order supersedes other orders not consistent with it. It shall
take effect immediately, unless otherwise amended or revoked by a competent authority.
