Note: the wire of each magnistor should be corresponding with NO on the

(2) After checking, set the controller under the inspection signal N16, make the
elevator door have a full “open and close” run by hand to observe the
inspection signal during the process. When the “door open”, open to the
position 3, indicator of open deceleration 6 on. When the “door closed”, close
to position 4, indicator of close deceleration 7 on.. If the display status of
inspection signal is error, change wiring terminal or replace the magnistor
position.
Ensure the logic of input signal is correct, otherwise, the following procedure could
not be done.
Inspection signal N16 as the figure below:

(4) logical distinguish (refer to figure 2)

All the four switches are normal open, consider as positive logic. Make the elevator
door have a full “open and close” run by hand. If magic steel pass switch 6 or arrival
at switch 3 during opening, the switch is close; If magic steel pass switch 7 or arrival
at switch 4 during closing, the switch is close. Otherwise it is negative logic.

(5) Motor power line

Confirm the direction of rotation of the motor


Press “UP+RUN” to confirm open action
Press “DOWN+RUN” to confirm close action
If the motor don’t act, please set the value of U03(P05) higher; if the direction of
rotation is not correct, change any two phases among U,V or W. After confirming the
wiring correct, set U01(P08) to 2 and U02(P09) to 4 before the elevator controller
control the elevator door to run.

Note: each parameter has been initial set EX-work. Basically you don’t need to set the
parameter any more. But if you need to adjust the running curve or set the parameters,
you may refer to the following parameter type and recommended parameter values.

1) Enter area U and adjust running parameter mode


Note:if the elevator door can’t open or close fully, please increase U03(p05)
reasonably, but not too much. If the door cam don’t retract completely, please
increase U07(d14) or U08(d44), better the same equal.

2) Avoiding to set too much parameters, we advice you to adjust the parameters
in the table. If the door running curve is normal, you needn’t set other
parameters. So we lock the function area d,p. If you need to adjust the
parameter in function area d,p, remember the password is 001 and follow the
step below:

3) Adjust the curve after entering p,d area: please set p08=1, and set p09=5.

Please adjust the curve by SW mode and refer to the step (5). Before elevator
door controller control the door running, please set p08 to 2 and set p09 to 4.

4) Set the logic of input signal (the range of P43 is 0~30)


It can be selected to detect the input signal by "A contact input" or "B contact
input".

Setting value
A contact input="0": When SW(switch) signal is closed (terminal level is "L"),
NO is detected.
B contact input="1": When SW(switch) signal is opened (terminal level is "H"),
NO is detected.
Setting method
Convert 0 to 4 bits to decimal numbers and input.
Input the total value of the setting value×the additional value for the setting
data.
(Example) When CLOSE speed change signal (4bits) and OPEN speed change
signal (3bits) is B contact input.
Setting data=(1×16)+(1×8)+(0×4)+(0×2)+(0×1)=24

1、 The change of all the parameters is relevant, if you increase or decrease even much, the
negative problem will appear.

2、 All the electric debugging is based on the mechanism that installation is good.
