This Library is named after, the first Bishop of ELCIN, late
Leonard Auala who was born on 25. 09. 1908 in Iiyale Village,
Oniipa. He schooled together with the children of Missionaries
at Oniipa in 1919. Behind the Auala library is Oniipa ELCIN
Archive, which attract students, researchers and scholars.
