Goals:

• What do we want to achieve concerning your identified issue? How does that
contribute to development?
• Which dream do you want to realise?
• Which nightmare do you want to avoid?

Targets:
• What do you want to do to realise your dream/goals? What are your main
intentions and actions at a general level?

B: SWOT analysis

Expected outputs
• An overview of strong points, weak points, threats and opportunities concerning
the issue under study
• A good fundament to think about possibilities to strengthen strong points and
opportunities and to overcome weak point and threats

Relevant questions
• What do you consider to be strong points of the issue under study?
• What do you consider to be weak points of the issue under study?
• What do you consider to be opportunities of the issue under study?
• What do you consider to be threats of the issue under study?
