Answer :
Physical resource : Office equipment -white and black printer
Why
Because belong to staff compliance , the old printer is not work useful ,
l Older printer The speed is slow and do not have Wi-Fi connect ,
so , we decide to have new printer which is high speed and with Wi-Fi connect .
Role
Printer
Timelne
Must delivery before 19/6 . and the company will delivered in 1-7 day after we pay
Situation
The benefit
l Save money ,This is by far the biggest and most obvious benefit. When everyone is printing
from the same machine, you can save money in numerous ways.
l Less Maintenance,In addition to saving money, your overall print technology will require less
maintenance because there are fewer devices and more like models. Your maintenance will be
more centralized and easier to manage for your office staff and your maintenance provider.
l Less Training, More Uniformity,Employees will be equally knowledgeable on the use of your
central printers, leading to greater workplace efficiency
Easier Tracking
it is difficult or perhaps even impossible, to track the usage of personal printers and their
supplies usage. This lack of tracking almost certainly converts to unmanaged and uncontrolled
costs. It becomes easier to track the printer and associated supply usage when your printing
technology is on a network, especially when used with a Managed Print Services program.
