ASSESSMENT METHOD 2 – PROJECT -OVERVIEW


Instructions to students

1. This assessment requires you to plan, acquire resources for and monitor an operational
plan

2. This project is made up of three Parts as per the below flow chart

3. To be competent in this assessment you must demonstrates all the skills satisfactory
listed in the marking guide in each Part of this project.

4. You must use suitable word processing software to complete this project.

5. Recommended font sizes of the document should range between 10 and 14 and font
type should be as Calibri, Arial, Times New Roman or Tahoma

6. You must use the project background information, policies and procedures, templates
and any other documents given by your assessor to complete this project.

7. You could complete this assessment in classroom, Computer lab or self-paced.

8. You must spend approximately 4 hours for each part.

9. On completion, you are required to submit all the parts to your assessor.

10. It is highly recommend, once you complete each part of this project discuss with your
assessor before you proceed to the next part.

11. Your trainer/assessor will inform you the submission date for the project.

12. The additional and specific instructions are listed under each part.

13. If you have any special needs, must inform to your assessor before commencing the
assessment.

14. Assessor will brief the assessment policy before commencing the assessment to
students, all additional and specific instructions are listed under each task.

15. If you do not agree with the outcome, you could discuss the matter with your assessor.
If it’s unsuccessful you could appeal the outcome by lodging a formal complaint as per the
assessment EAA policy and procedure.

16. If your work is found to have been plagiarised or copied from another source without
proper references, the submitted work will be subject to the plagiarism and academic
dishonesty policy of EAA.

17. Copying, paraphrasing or summarising the work of another student or another source without
appropriate acknowledgement is considered as plagiarism. Therefore, the assessment must be
your own work.
