professionals, contractors & subcontractors on the project
performance

 Client-consultant meeting – early stages of project to
determine client’s needs & consultant design work

architect, engineer, quantity surveyor, etc

consultant
& contractors to review the progress as per baseline plan
& make necessary changes if needed

 To learn from experience gained in the project
 To improve performance on future projects

Therefore, activities associated should be identified


and included in the project baseline plan, and NOT as
afterthoughts

pertaining to the project for easy retrieval:
 Site logs to record decision makings, changes made at
site/plan
 Minutes of site meetings
 Correspondence letters/administrative memos
 Records of work progress eg photographs
 Architectural drawings, plans, WBS
 Invoices, bills, delivery orders, receipts
 Project final report
