Abstract

The process of searching for homes to buy is considered a difficult process, requiring a lot of
time and effort, and the information that one party may obtain is inaccurate, in addition to
deception that the seller and buyer can fall victim to.

The project aims to build a system to solve these problems that constitute an obstacle to selling
homes,This is why the system came to facilitate the process of searching for homes by displaying
special pictures of each home, its location, area, and price, which facilitates the process of
comparing real estate.

The system contains a database that facilitates the communication process between the seller and
the buyer, in a modern way, far from the traditional methods used, and allows both parties to
easily use and interact with the system without complexity, such as providing media that shows
the property in detail, and linking each property according to its location.

The team used the traditional sytem development life cycle, passing from the planning,
analyzing, implementing, and maintaining phases, The implementation of the system
was developed using ( html ) programming language.
