SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

SCOPE OF WORKS:

1. Review and analysis of regular break down of Units - 1,2& 3 from the date of Commissioning.
2. Review of Log sheets, History register, Preventive Maintenance Schedule & other documents
maintained at site.
3. Suggest any modifications if required for improving the Performance of the Units.
4. Detailed report on the above shall be furnished.

The above works to be carried out as per the following schedule

a) Departure from Bangalore on 10.09.2012
b) Review of breakdown details at site - 3 days (approx)
c) Review of log sheets & Maintenance documents - 2 days
d) Report preparation - 3 to 4 days

DELIVERABLES:

1. Visit to Project Site by Dado Hedge Engineer immediately.

CONSIDERATION:

1. To & Fro travelling charges, boarding & lodging, Local Conveyance charges shall be paid by us.
2. Relevant documents & drawings will be made available at site.
3. TDS at applicable rates will be deducted from your bill amount.
4. The Final report to be submitted within 10days from 11.09.2012.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. Payment of Rs. 22500.00 (30%) shall be paid as advance along with the order & balance amount with
applicable Taxes & Duties shall be paid after Submission of the Final Report.
