HOW TO FLY EASY PEACE

Nowadays, most people share the view that taking a trip by

plane is something complicated and also takes a lot of ef-
fort and time in advance to organize (especially if you
travel abroad).

Booking your airline tickets is a lottery and you don't al-

ways find them at the best price... Although sometimes you
get a bargain, most of the time you have to pay a fortune.
Generally speaking, it’s worth booking your flights with as
much time as possible.

In addition, check-in is very important and must be done

24 hours before the flight through the airline's web page.

As far as documentation *is* concerned: passport, national

identity card or covid certificate are usually required. check
the covid requirements in the place you are arriving in. It’s
important to make sure that you have all your personal
documents in order and printed (just in case your electronic
devices stop working).

Likewise, you have to calculate the dimensions and weight

of the luggage you carry with you, provided you don’t
check-in any baggage and you only use hand luggage.

To make sure you have everything you need, it is very use-

ful to compile a small *written* list (in writing) a few days
before. Basic medicines *medicine is uncountable*, a scarf
and nuts for snacks are some of my must-haves.

Another tip is not to put too much weight inside, since we

are sure to buy some souvenirs during our trip.

Make sure you stay hydrated. Before taking the flight, the
crew will make you get rid of any liquid.

If you are traveling alone, pay attention on *to* possible

boarding time changes. Many times the boarding gate
changes or there are delays with flights! Therefore, keep
your eyes and hears *ears* open!

Please be a good passenger. Be quiet, respect the rules and

try to be polite to the other people you are flying with. Ev-
eryone’s behaviour has an impact on the rest of passen-
gers.

Last but not least, make your trip easier *by* taking notes
of the addresses where you are staying.

If you don’t know the local language, it may be useful to

learn some basic vocabulary:
GOOD MORNING, PLEASE, THANK YOU, could be a good
example.

the plane is taking off! So, enjoy your journey!

Ana, I’ve written corrected words in green and have high-

lighted in purple anything that needs attention from you/
needs correction. This was a fantastic piece of writing. It
has character. You’ve used phrasal verbs perfectly and
have a great tone to the writing. There are very few mis-
takes. Overall this is a very impressive piece of work : )
Fabulous Ana!
