 Designing – While working as a Social Media Marketer, I have made various posters and
mood boards using various creative softwares.
 Caption writing – Wrote effective and catchy captions for several posts.
 Microsoft office Suite – Used MS Excel, Word,etc. in several occasions
 Understanding Branding – Done a lot of study and research about branding.
 Networking – Reached out and connected with various professionals through LinkedIN
 Research skills – Researched on various social media pages, as a part of my internship work.

MY AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT

1. Presentation skills – I really lack a lot of confidence when I try to speak in public. I cannot
perform my 100% in front of public. My mind gets blocked.
2. Industry knowledge – As I haven’t worked for a company before and didn’t get the exposure
to the corporate world, my knowledge on actual industry is not that sound. Practically
implementing what I am learning will really help gaining confidence and will help me to
better perform in any debate.
3. Briefing the gist from a vast data set – I often get lost and cannot understand the main idea
of a whole case study or a big data, because of which I am not able to analyse things better.

NEEDS

MY BELIEFS / VALUES

1. Teamwork – I kept motivating my team, during my annual sports event, even after several
losses.
2. Learning from everyone – I belief I can learn so much from every person, as every person has
their own value, that teaches a lot.
