Proposal for Incorporation of ABC Company as a Consultant

1. Background:

ABC Company is a consulting firm that specializes in providing strategic guidance, problem-
solving advice, and assistance to clients in a variety of industries. We have a team of experienced
professionals who are highly knowledgeable in the areas of business development, market
research, finance, operations, and other related fields. Our mission is to provide our clients with
the highest quality of service while maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.

2. Objectives:

The objective of this proposal is to incorporate ABC Company as a consultant under the
Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The incorporation process will include
the submission of all relevant documents and the payment of registration fees, as prescribed by
the SECP. Once the incorporation process is complete, ABC Company will be able to:

o Operate as an independent consulting firm, providing services to clients in a

variety of industries.
o Provide strategic guidance and problem-solving advice to clients.
o Generate revenues from consulting services.
o Remain compliant with all SECP regulations.
3- Process:

To incorporate ABC Company as a consultant under the SECP, the following steps must be taken:

Obtain an application form for registration from the SECP.

Complete the registration form and submit it with the required documents,

including proof of identity, proof of address, and a valid business plan.
o Pay the required registration fees to the SECP.
o Receive confirmation of registration from the SECP.

• Copy of CNIC of directors/subscribers
• Memorandum of Association
• Article of Association.

available on the website of SECP.
