This is your first day at ARAM Marketing, and we extend a warm welcome on
behalf of the entire ARAM Group Family.

The following tasks should be completed during the course of the day.

1. At the Human Resource Department:

a. Complete the company Biographical Data Form (BDF).
b. Complete all job requirements.
c. Sign your Employment Contract.
d. Obtain your Company I.D.

2. At the ________________ Department:

a. See your department head’s assistant. The department head or his/her
representative will orient you about your employment.

Your orientation will cover the following topics but is not limited
to:
1. Company history, development, organization,
management, products and services, and industry type;
2. Company Policies: what to expect from the company and
what the company expects from you
3. Employment terms; general disciplinary rules and
procedures;
4. The concern for absenteeism and tardiness;
5. Employee activities, benefit plans, off-the-job activities,
and opportunities for self-improvement;
6. Wage policies regarding payment time and method, as
well as payments for Overtime, Night Differential,
Holiday, and Rest Day.
7. The use of restrooms, lockers, and other facilities;
8. Occupational Health and Safety
9. Workplace First Aid
10. The Importance of a Bulletin Board
11. The job; general remarks about the department,
organization, employees, type of work, and advancement
opportunities.

b. You may begin working after your orientation.

We hope you will always do your best as an employee and find it enjoyable
and rewarding to do so. If you have any concerns about your job, please contact
your immediate supervisor, your department head, or the Human Resources
Department.
