1. A brand is a name given to a product and/or service such that it takes on an identity by itself. More
than simply a name, term, design, or symbol, a brand is the recognizable feeling a product or business
evokes.

2. In developing an effective brand name you would consider first Check Availability, by putting blinders
on and ignoring your surroundings could end up being an expensive or embarassing mistake. Second is
Think about the Logo, the logo always comes second after selecting the name but it is a good idea to
keep designs in mind when brainstorming ideas. Third is Consider Future Growth, think about the future
growth of your company. While you may specialize in a certain product right now, you don’t want to
limit your company to only selling that product.

3. Branding is absolutely critical to a business because of the overall impact it makes on your company.
Branding can change how people perceive your brand, it can drive new business and increase brand
awareness. Also a brand represents the sum of people's perception of a company's customer service,
reputation, advertising and logo.

4. An effective brand strategy gives you a major edge in increasingly competitive markets. Simply put,
your brand is your promise to your customer. It tells them what they can expect from your products and
services, and it differentiates your offering from that of your competitors.

2. Every M is important in relation to business opportunity.

3. Each of the picture represent the 4Ms in relations to business opportunity. Exploring these 4Ms
provides us with a structured framework for root cause analysis by helping us to understand how each
one may have contributed to a particular issue. Safety the 4Ms play their part in identifying root causes
and improvement opportunities within the safety sub-committees.

Methods First is Know The FDA’s Regulations, you must become familiar with the FDA’s
regulations about the manufacturing and labeling of cosmetic products. Second
is Decide On The Location, getting a premise on lease is expensive for small
business owners. Third is Develop A Marketing Plan, a marketing plan gives you
a direction about how to move forward in a calculated way at the time of
selling your products to the people and last is Sell Your Products Online, selling
your product online implies that you will attract the customers with the lowest
possible prices.

Manpower A beauty consultant, brand assistant, and an employed individual who


expertise in cosmetic business.
