New Project “Kaaby Eco Lodge Cabins”
 Objectives
1. Achieve position as the ecological cabins with the highest quality in the district.
2. Achieve as much familiarization as possible with the community environment
where we will develop different activities.
3. Promote love for nature and protection of our natural resources while living with
them.

New Project “Kaaby Eco Lodge Cabins”
 Vision
will be to offer tourists a rustic structure, built with natural materials such as wood
and Stones.
Evoke that felling of insolation and direct contact with nature. The will encounter
natural environments such as monuments.
Offer customers cabin options to choose from, prioritizing the satisfaction of their
needs through an optimal offer that guarantees their full enjoyment and pleasure.
Mission
We are a service company, seeking to make its uses feel happy and pleasant,
pursuing full satisfaction through the good service and dedication of our employees
to make their day an unforgettable experience.

New Project “Kaaby Eco Lodge Cabins”
 1. Type-details of type+natural or made structural
Well, mainly the natural type structure will be made so that it is camouflage
and pleasing to the eye.
The materials will be bamboo for the secluded bathrooms, the cabins
themselves will be with Teak Type wood, the roof I want a covered with
grass fir hearing and a new fashion.
2. Location-Urban or Rural
The location is a rural área exactly in Palmira-Via Boquete along the so-
called Loma La Chancleta at a 10 kilometers from the District of Boquete.
Located in impressive area with panoramic views of the nature of this area
that will surround the cabins, and witch can currently be said to be a tourist
attraction. I also attached images of the place where the future project
would be.

3. Serviced or Self-Catering
The serviced will depend on the customer’s choice since they can choose
self-service or room service, both options will be available and the costs will
be the same.

4. Luxury or Budget
Our goal is to have some luxury but comfortable and ecological cabins, that
is, a style that is as old as that and not so much modern. The lowest budget
cabins will also be available for the comfort of visitors.

5. Large or Small(number of rooms-how many doubles, singles, etc.)

The idea is to start with a minimum of 5 double cabins and 5 single comfort
cabins, all with bathroom included and Jacuzzi in addition to their different
facilities that will be specified later.
Included a types cabins Duplex and Simplex.

6. Details of the rooms, facilities and services

The Kaaby Cabins has furniture and even appliances such as microwave,
vacuum cleaner, mini refrigerator, kitchen, Wi-Fi, Tv, among others.
The idea of what they call a “Tree House include well they are renovate it as
a “Tree nest”, the bathrooms are also wanted apart from the cabins, with
Fire pits and a large savanna, the cabins will be separated from each other
for greater privacy. As well as ease you will have at your disposal the
KaabyLoo Restaurant Bar, that is associated with the “Sea and Lang”
restaurant located in David-City.

 Conclusions

Kassidy: In conclusion in our work we talk about our Kaaby Eco lodge cabin.
Cabins you can enjoy a wide variety of services, from room rental to sports
equipment rental. You will be able to a large number of activities.
Ashby: Currently there is a growing demand and trend of national and foreign
tourists, who both arrive and frequent this area for its views.
At Las Cabañas Kaaby Eco Lodge, visitors will be able to maintain constant
contact with the environment and for this and other reasons previously explained to
you it can be concluded that the new project is profitable.
