Dear holistic retreats / conscious events leader, welcome to Tulum's new paradisiac Holistic Retreat
Center and Eco Lodge, nestled in the peaceful jungle, just 2 miles from the magical town of Tulum
and its beautiful turquoise blue beaches along the Caribbean side, a true refuge in the middle of a
natural/mystical atmosphere which facilitates body-mind-spirit alignment.
 Sanctuary-Om Tulum is a piece of heaven with
an ideal and harmonious symbiosis between its
prime location, quiet privacy, exuberant nature,
pristine cenotes (natural pools), sustainable
gastronomy, amazing wellness programs,
artistic activities, superb holistic entertainment,

The Project´s main architectural concept is
fresh, unique, and minimalist, with
scattered cabins along the tall jungle,
promoting an intimate contact with nature

5 DELUXE CABINS

Our deluxe cabins will literally take your breath away.

Unlike most habitats that make you feel separated from
mother nature, our unique and award-winning cabin
design is far away from anything you have experienced.

These cabins feel like part of the jungle itself, protected

with invisible mosquito net fabric for walls, and placed
within their own 2,422 ft² / 225 m² private garden. Guests
can enjoy a 360° experience on a king size bed with a
moonroof sleeping inside the jungle, feeling the breeze of
the trees.
 ACCOMODATIONS
Each deluxe cabin is surrounded by a green privacy
fence, has its very own heart-shaped plunge pool, a
beautiful bathroom with an inside botanical garden,
walk-in closet and working space with a bench and a
table. Some of them also have space for a hammock
inside the cabin. It’s possible to add more beds in
each cabin without losing comfort.

You will be totally immersed in nature enjoying a wild but

cozy experience, feeling the breeze of the trees. The
invisible mosquito net fabric walls will make you feel as
part of the jungle.

The primitive cabin and the tree house have a unique

pebbles floor inside the cabin, beautiful full bathroom with
an amazing shower, dry/compost toilet, and a jungle
garden inside the cabin. There is also free high-speed
internet, and multiple power outlets.
3 PRIMITIVE DORMS

The dorms will allow your guests to experience

community living. Each one of them has 2 bunk beds
(4 sleeping spaces) with shared bathrooms and
dry/compost toilets outside the dorms.

 PAYMENT TERMS
& CONDITIONS

All prices are in USD

+Deposit (Only accommodations) : 10% 1 week

after proposal
+2nd Payment: 40% 2 months before retreat
+3rd and Last Payment: 3 weeks before arrival.

If the 2nd and/or 3rd payment are paid more

than 3 days after they are due, they will incur a
1% late fee for EVERY ADDITIONAL DAY LATE.

If you should have received a better quote for hosting your Dream Retreat from another venue, we will
price match that quote!
We are totally committed to providing you with the best possible experience - and we don't let money
get in the way of that.

 CANCELATION POLICY

The modification or cancellation of a reservation will carry

the following charges:
10% non-refundable charge if cancelled by the customer
once the reservation has been made. You can move your
reservation once, giving us at least 2 months' notice,
subject to availability to another date up to 3 months in
the future, not including the blackout months of
December & January
40% of the stay if cancelled by the customer within less
than two months before the arrival day
100% of the stay if no-show
