Childrens Day –Grade VII and VIII

Dear Parents/students Date: 15th Nov’23.

The school has scheduled a program on account of Children's Day on 16-11-23
during school working hours.
*Students can come in a dress of their choice but sleeveless, shorts, high heels
are not allowed.
*Carry the school bag with your water bottle and books for 3rd, 4th and 5th
period as per the timetable.
* It will be a half working day i.e from 8.30 to 12.20 pm as they are leaving for
the trip early the next day.
* Food stalls have been set up for students to buy during their break period.
Max of Rs 50 + 50 per person is sufficient.
* Do not bring your phones, gadgets and inappropriate cash for the Childrens
day celebrations.
* No outsider or Ex-Alpinians must be invited from your end.
* Give due consideration to the cleaning staff and maintain cleanliness in the
field area.
*Looking forward to make it a special day of remembrance for you.
