Terms and Conditions:
1. Items listed in the quote/invoice remain the properties of Yztrone Computer Parts and
Accessories Shop unless fully paid by the buyer.
2. Down p ayment equivalent to fifty percent (50%) upon confirmation by Purchase Order;
Remaining fifty percent (50%) balance after completion of Order.
3. Payment may be done by Cash, Check, or Bank Transfer.
4. Lead time for the order of 2-3 days for building/set-up including delivery (if delivered).
5. All items/claims for warranty are carry-in.
6. Physical Damage (Burns, Dents, Cracks, Scratches, etc.), tampered sticker, or damages
caused by user negligence void the warranty.
7. Items for warranty must be complete with original contents/packaging and accompanied
by proof of purchase (Sales Invoice, Warranty Receipt).
8. Interest of twenty five percent (25%) per annum will be charged on all unpaid accounts
after seven (7) calendar days.
9. In case of lawsuit, an additional sum equal to twenty five percent (25%) of the amount
unpaid for attorney’s fees and cost of collection will be charged.
10. Parties expressly submit themselves to the courts of Muntinlupa City on any legal action
that may arise out of the transactions.
