Environmental Assessment, Reporting Year 2022
Dear Supplier,

There is a new Environmental Assessment Reporting Year 2022 available for your site(s) in Collaboration Portal. It is mandatory
for all direct material supplier’s manufacturing sites, having deliveries to Volvo Cars to disclose environmental data on an annual
basis. This assessment enables Volvo Cars to track and follow-up on the progress of our supplier base towards our sustainability
targets within Climate Action. The assessment is to be conducted as per request annually or whenever your site makes
progress.

The 2022 assessment has been updated to better connect to Volvo Cars sustainability targets within climate action and to make
the reporting easier for you as our supplier.

The deadline to complete the 2022 assessment is 31.03.2023.

This email has been sent to the Key Account Manager, Sustainability Manager and Quality Manager for your relevant partner
codes. If you are not the right person for this, please help us forward the information and make sure to update your site contact
information in Collaboration Portal.

Please follow the below steps to complete your
assessment(s):

1. Login to Volvo Cars Collaboration Portal via

https://collaboration-portal.volvocars.biz/ (Please
use the web-browsers Google Chrome or Edge
Chromium).
2. In the menu go to the “My Apps”, in the first section
“Common Apps” select the “Partner Folder” App.
3. In the Partner Folder, you will be presented a pre-
populated list of partner codes you are linked to.
4. Select the partner code you wish to assess, then
select the section “Environmental Assessment”.
5. From the overview, select the “Reporting Year
2022.”
6. A new window will open. In the detail screen, do
the needful updates, the different sections can be
opened via clicking on the left-hand side menu
(hamburger icon).
