For the purpose of this assignment, you have been employed as a company trainer.

You have been asked to prepare a YouTube video presentation and accompanying information
booklet for the benefits of all employees.

Task 1 of 2: Information Booklet (AC 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 5.1, 5.2 & 5.3)

Instructions

Prepare an Information Booklet for all employees that:

 Identifies the functions of a computer system.

 Describes the types, purposes and characteristics of computer hardware.
 Identifies different types of software.
 Describes the use of a range of software and the corresponding purpose.
 Identifies ethical issues related to computing.
 Identifies the laws and regulations that govern computing.
 Researches and identifies situations where laws have been enforced to deal with people who
have used computers for unethical and illegal purposes.

Instructions

You are to create a presentation, screencast (video recording of your screen) and upload it to

https://www.screenr.co/ but feel free to use any other software.
