A dive head on into the History and the very meaning of our words in
ancient Demotic Pharaonic language (ie. ‗from the Demon‘) – which
show us that the plan we see unravelling now on the World scene has
been in place since a very long time for Humanity.

by qualifying it to be the seat of the subconscious (which would be
connected to the universal knowledge) because the seat of the
subconscious is actually the soul! And Simon Parkes places for
having seen it with his eyes, the soul in the upper abdomen more
around the heart. Scientifically, in a US Patent Application for a
―Full Body Teleportation System‖ by John St. Clair in 2006 – which
is a pulsed gravitational wave wormhole generator system that
teleports a Human being through Hyperspace from one location to

Here in the Dzogchen tradition, Awareness (rigpa) is physically

situated in the heart-organ itself. This is explained and
implemented through the thögel (―quantum leap‖) practices of
what is known as ―the 6 lamps.‖

But what happens when you practise belly-breathing or kumbhaka is

that your outer breath stops! And you dwell through this forceful
method in the genuine breath of your mind (mind/wind=prāna),

this practice works, and why it is so powerful.

So our body as a whole, with its channels, heart, belly, brain, pineal
gland etc. is an incredible ascension tool, or even weapon. A
weapon to get free. Free of suffering that is the inherent quality of
experience that is based on duality-mode, by Nature.
Because in singularity-mode: there is no such thing. Whence the
expression of this state as ―bliss‖ or ―peace‖ [because you have
the 100% full energy all for you, without any movement or effort
whatsoever being needed – therefore feels ‗over-orgasmic bliss-
like‘ as yogis describe it.]

And the only real ―way out‖ of all of it, of the entirety of this prison-
mechanism that we have by ourselves trapped ourselves into
(aka. ‗the Matrix,‘ Skt. Māyājala: the ‗Net of (Auto-)Illusion‘) by our
own instinctive ignorance about our very nature, is by letting our
naturally free, primordially pure timeless awareness relax into its
natural, original position of the zero-point of mind, so to speak.
This is a difficult training but the most radical way out of suffering,
and also by nature is the only one that will really lead you to what
all of us are looking for in life (knowingly or not): freedom, no
suffering any more.

We can just remember that ―awareness‖ (skt. vidyā, tib. rigpa) is non-
conceptual as opposed to consciousness that can only know
things through comparing ―this‖ with ―that‖ with the effortsome use
of concepts. Requiring effort means: exhausting. Saṃsāric life
(within the Cycle of Existence) very literally exhausts us.

So, anyone and everything who has awareness [ie. the entire
Cosmos] can set themselves free once and for all from the entire
spectrum of the mechanism of suffering—saṃsāra in Saṃskṛit
which means ‗Rotor‘ in mechanics (nirvāṇa = Stator), the whole or
ensemble being: a toroid of course! — what else!?! This explaining
that.

And if they can do that then naturally they will also be able to find
ways of truly helping others too as a matter of course, they will
have individual maturity and direct knowing that allows for a
deeper understanding of what needs to be done and what can be
done.

But the fact remains that, as long as you yourself are not completely
free... how could you really strongly help others?! So in
conclusion: getting oneself to actually doing that is also helping
others. One less dualistic, gravity-causing ignorant being hanging
around!

So it forever remains possible for us, for anyone in any point in

space or time, to break loose from the cyclical prison of
existence. Forever.
Indestructibly so. By Nature.

☼‗Metaphysics:‘ Physis, Physics is Greek for ‗Nature‘ and by

extension refers in the context of the ‗Physics Vs. Metaphysics‘
discussion, to ‗physical matter,‘ ie. ‗matter‘ (atoms etc.)

But this is situated in the outskirts of the Toroid that the Cosmos is for,
in its centre aka. its singularity, there is but its ‗empty full potential‘
or ‗nothing‘ meaning: ―nothing manifest.‖ It is the potential.

This notion of ―nothing,‖ ―nothingness of sorts,‖ is highly

misunderstood by all non-Buddhists, uninformed and uneducated,
who attribute such nonsense to this tradition, for lack of having this
knowledge ―from the inside‖ in a personal way. Nihilism is the
discharge where Eternalism is the charge: both of which are errors
of understanding & are actually the very twist of Saṃsāra,
stimulating its impulse to spin.

This potential or ‗Source‘ (or ―Almighty God the Creator‖ in Christian

terms) is coined ‗meta-physics‘ meaning in Greek: after or beyond
(skt. pāra) of matter, ie. in its ‗black hole:‘ beyond its periphery,
beyond the dynamic swirling waves of the quantum superfluid that
Awareness (rigpa, vidyā) is. And this is where this ‗not quite
physical matter‘ or ‗metaphysics‘ is to be found.

In simple terms:

- Physics means (anything to do with) Matter (which is localised in

the Toroidal Cosmos‘ outskirts;)

- Metaphysics is (anything to do with) its Zero-point (‗black hole‘.)

And, since it has been demonstrated that every 0-Point in Nature has
―awareness‖ (ref. Dr. Ilija Lakicevic), therefore: Matter & Spirit are
one & the same thing – always have been – and only one‘s
personal reflection, insightful digestion* of emotions and life
experiences, and mature contemplations of this matter can lead
an already self-trusting individual to this metaphysical state of
reality – for real.

This is termed in Natural Science: the Process of Evolution.

And it is Nature‟s tech. The primordial blueprint – the ‗Directive‘ of

Mother Nature to paraphrase the AI.

NGC 6164: is a Nebula in the Ara, Arae constellation, the Altar.

The Planetary Nebula NGC 6164 is 4,200 light-years away, in the right-
angled southern constellation of Norma & Regula : the Carpenter‘s
Tools, the Square & the Level.

This beautiful emission Nebula NGC 6164 was created by a rare, hot,
luminous O-type Star which is an unfrequent type (only 3 are known in
this Galaxy.)

The massive blue, young, central Star HD148937 – some 40x as

massive as Sol, the Sun – is the brightest member of a triple Star
system orbiting around each other, the fierce stellar winds of which –
about 8 million km/h (5 million m/hr) – created this Nebula.

This kind of stars live fast and last short. Seen at the centre of the
cosmic cloud, the Star is 3 to 4 million years old. In another 3 to 4
million years, this Star, this massive Star will end its life in a supernova
explosion.

The skyscape is a composite of extensive narrow-band image data,

highlighting glowing atomic Hydrogen gas in red, and Oxygen in blue
hues, with broadband data for the surrounding starfield. This kind of
stars (O6.5f) burn Hydrogen through the CNO cycle, responsible for
the notably higher than usual concentration of Nitrogen (Azote) in the
Nebula.
