Situation
You work for Status Carriers, a road haulage firm, based at Victoria Industrial
Park, Nottingham NG7 4FE. The General Manager is Mr. Graham Matthews.
The e-mail is status@vip.co.uk, the telephone numbers are 0115 941
5242/5243/5244 and the fax number is 0115 941 5245.
Question
Many of your drivers have been asking for information on what is available to
them at the various service stations and areas throughout the UK. You have
talked about it with Mr. Matthews and have agreed that the drivers themselves
are probably the best source of information. You decide to write a notice to be
put up in all staff areas telling the drivers that you intend to find as many facts
and opinions as possible and that you would like their help.

• friendliness of staff
• ease of parking
• anything else?

own staff’s views more important.

service stations/areas are particularly good or bad …
