Stakeholder’s Consultation seminar. Our event for today will surely
give us a lot of learning about this functional systems of the BOC. So

Information Technology Officer III and designated as Chief of
Systems Management Divison (SMD) & OIC-Director of Technology
Management Service(TMS); Graduated from Polytechnic University of
the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce
Major in Accounting; with Masters Degree in Professional Studies
Major in Business Management; with Proficiency as Systems Analyst
issued by Civil Service Commission; Started government service
since 1975 at Computer Service Center Department of Agriculture.

Ms. SHEILA MICHELLE M. LAGAT


Is ma’am Nomie’s assistant chief of SMD and back up in the
systems implementation, training and in providing technical assistance
to issues and concerns encountered.

Mr. ALVIN LORENZO V. OGENA


Is also ma’am Nomie’s back up in the drafting of customs
memoranda, he’s a business analyst, and technical support of ma’am
Nomie.
