QUALITY POLICY

on time. We shall comply with applicable regulatory
requirements and to continually improve the
effectiveness of our quality management system.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
Procurement (Applicable to KHSE / KHMO / KHT)
To minimize NCR on Products received. Not more than
10 NCR per month.
Commercial (Applicable to KHSE / KHMO)
To respond to written customer’s complaint / enquiry.
Minimize customer complaint to not more than 1 case
per month.
Project Management (Applicable to KHSE / KHMO)
To ensure on time delivery for all projects.
To achieve at least 80% on time completion of projects.
QA/QC (Applicable to KHSE)
To minimize re-inspection occurrences.
To reduce the number of defects detected during joint
inspection < 10.
Production (Applicable to KHSE)
To achieve zero defects on products.
