Complete the form to register

You’ll get an e-mail from CORREU UPC to activate your account, once you do that, go back to the Admission
webpage and log in the site with the e-mail and password you registered.

Complete the information from the sections PERSONAL DATA and ACADEMIC DETAILS

*PERSONAL DATA:

For the address in the section “Address during academic year” you can copy the information of your
home address and we’ll update it once you know where you will be staying in Vilanova.

 *ACADEMIC DETAILS

Electronic documentation: here is the section where you must upload the documentation we requested
(cv, transcript of records, etc…)

Once you have completed this sections, a new one will show named “APPLICATION”

Be sure to make an application for

Program type: APPLICATION FOR EXCHANGE STUDENTS

Select the program you are interested in

 2023-2 EPSEVG – EUROPEAN PROJECT SEMESTER (Vilanova I la Geltrú) for EPS

 2023-2 EPSEVG – MOBILITY INCOMING (Vilanova i la Geltrú) for Bachelor’s or Master’s courses

And press the SEND button when you finish.

From then on, your application will pass several states as we process it, validate the documents and finally
accept the application.

Either the school or the student, can post any comments about the documentation uploaded, status of the
application, etc. in the comments section of the application.

Once the application has been ACCEPTED, it’s very important that you also ACCEPT it to confirm you are still
interested to come to our school next semester.
