I am one of the customers of your 몭ight company. Through this letter, I would like to tell you
something about the service of your company.
Last Monday, I 몭ew to Makassar on 몭ight number AA 739. On the schedule board, it was

I believe you have to pay serious attention to this problem and do your best for your company.
I am sure you realize how important the customers are for your company. I do hope that you
will consider this letter and make sure that such problem will not happen again in the future.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Sisca
