1 Prepare Mise en Place
300 gr Grain Rice
400 ml Water
5 gr Lime Leaves washed
10 gr Lemongrass washed, crushed
5 gr Basil Leaves washed
25 gr Garlic washed, crushed

2 Wash 300 gr Grain Rice Wash untill clean, put into


stockpot
3 Add 400 ml Water Add water into stockpot with
grain rice
4 Add 5 gr Lime Leaves Add all the ingredients into
10 gr Lemongrass stockpot
5 gr Basil Leaves
25 gr Garlic

5 Simmer Cooked the rice for about 30


minutes, every 10 minutes
check and add some water until
fully cooked
6 Remove Lime Leaves From stockpot

Basil Leaves
Garlic
7 Serve Serve aroma rice as a side dish
in a dinner plate
