What are your Strengths?

“I've always been a natural leader. With more than 9+ years of experience in the workforce
management, my previous supervisors would always assign me as lead especially for startup account
because of my innate talent in organizing, creating templates and process documenting. Looking back, I
know that I wouldn't have reached them if I hadn't built and led teams of highly skilled and diverse
individuals. I'm proud of my ability to get cross-functional groups to collaborate well. I've regularly
honed my leadership skills through constant communication and brainstorming with my team, and I
know I want to continue to build my leadership skills in my next role."

What are your Weaknesses?

“In the past, I have sometimes struggled with confidence. It has been helpful for me to keep a running
document of the impact I have made on my team and at my organization to better understand why I
should be confident about the skills and unique talents I bring to the table.

I have also made it a point to voice my ideas and opinions during meetings when I feel they are
appropriate and will add value to the conversation. Because of this, our team ended up adopting my
idea for a new financing process, which resulted in a 10% decrease in time taken to plan our annual

“If I had to describe myself in a few words, it would be that I am hard-working, professional, dedicated
and committed to achieving the strategic aims and objectives of our company through strong and
diverse set of skills. I have been working towards this position for a number of years now, and I have
been waiting for a supervisor position to come up. I pride myself on setting high standards and I feel that
you would be extremely pleased with my ability to not only motivate and lead my team, but also inspire
them to be the best they can be and consistently improve the company we are working for. Finally, my
desire to continually grow and improve means I will never sit still or stagnate in this role, and I will
always look to develop personally and professionally.”
