    Step 1: Click on help >> Install New Software

    Step 2: Select Neon - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon in Work with tab and then select Business Intelligence,
    Step 3 Click next and then Finish (It'll take some time)

    After successful installation goto help >> installation details and check for these birt files
    select Business Intelligence,
