& installing the Logic eLearn application

Step 2. If you are already downloaded from the above link please follow instructions from step 3

Step 3. Minimum Requirment OS for installing eLearn

1. Minimum Windows 7 is required

2. 1.6 GHz or faster processor
3. 1 GB of RAM (1.5 GB if running on a virtual machine)
4. 100 MB of available hard disk space
5. 5400 RPM hard drive

Step 4. Special Requirment for installing eLearn

4.1. For OS Windows 7 Service pack1 is required

4.2. Visual C++ Redistributable Required

The Visual C++ Redistributable Packages install run-time components that
are required to run Logic eLearn Application

4.3. Net Framework 4.5.2 required to run this application

Installation Precautions
a. You should be uninstall all type of antivirus applications in your system

b. Turn off all windows firewalls c. Turn off windows defender options

 Error Handling & resolving after installation (if it )

Screen 1 (Recorded Class button click error)

If you see the above error screens, kindly install VC++ redistributable package 2015 (32/64 bit)
as per mentioned in step 4

Screen 2 (Update installer error)

If you see the above error screen, kindly download the update-installer file Click here to download
It will automatically download the latest Logic eLearn windows application, and you can install with ease.

Screen 3 (.Net Framework error)

If you see the above error screen, kindly install .Net Framework 4.5.2
Click to Download .Net Framework 4.5.2

 Screen 4 (VC++ Unspecified error)

If you see the above error screen, kindly run Windows update, after windows update installed
error will be gone.
Choose Start All programs Windows Update

Screen 4 (Unable to install)

If you see the above error screens, You should uninstall antivirus application &
also kindly follow as per mentioned in page no.3

Screen 4 (zoom_sdk_dotnet_wrap.dll)

If you see the above error screens, kindly follow as per mentioned
in page no.2 step 4.2
