ANALYSIS*

1. In the Bued Elementary School, the teacher advisor creates a comfortable and well-rounded learning
environment for students. The classroom is designed to be comfortable, with students having their own
desks and chairs to avoid distraction. As we observed the learning environment is dynamic,
incorporating various instructional strategies, student participation, and structured periods for queries,
talks, and group projects. The classroom structure may vary based on subject, grade level, and teaching
style. Bued Elementary School offers an environmental-friendly, friendly, and safe environment, with
well-ventilated classrooms, comfortable seating, and a comfortable environment. Students often engage
in cooperative and collaborative learning, such as group work, class discussions, and problem-solving.
Classroom management can be challenging, but it is essential to acknowledge the students' sweetness
and ability to release anger.

2. Based on we observed the students of Bued Elementary School have a strong communication
relationship due to a set rule and active participation in class activities. They listen to each other's
answers, show respect, and help each other with group tasks. They encourage each other to give their
best in individual performance tasks through cheering. Students learn without competing, enjoying each
other's company. They communicate and interact in the classroom through questioning, raising their
hands to share ideas, and participating in group activities. The teachers encourage open discussions,
promoting critical thinking and idea exchange. Students also engage in verbal communication,
participating in discussions, and responding to questions. Teachers also provide group activities, such as
completing a diary letter, to encourage teamwork. Additionally, in the 21st century, technology is
integrated into education, using television, laptops, tablets, and cellphones to enhance engagement in
class. Overall, the students demonstrate a strong relationship and a strong foundation for effective
learning.
